Between August of 2010 and August 2011, there were 138 residential detached home sales in Cambria.  Five of those were one bedroom homes. 37 or 27% were two bedroom homes.  Sixty percent (80) of the homes that were sold were 3 bedrooms. There were 14 four bedrooms, 1 five, and 1 six bedroom sales.

The average number of days on the market (DOM) was 115. For one bedroom homes, average DOM was 83. Average DOM for two bedrooms homes was 101. For three bedrooms it was 118 and for 4 bedrooms it was 137.

On average, residential detached homes sold for 94% of the listing price.

In July 2011, eleven residential homes were sold in Cambria with six of them being three bedroom homes. On a nice note, the average days on market for residential sales in July was only 74 days.
